Matriculants Encouraged To Submit An Application For NSFAS Funding

As the 2024 National Senior Certification (NSC) examinations kick-off, Higher{Education and Training Minister, Dr Nobuhle Pamela Nkabane, has reminded all matriculants to seize the chance to apply for funding in the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS).

"The application window will close on 15 December 2024, and you'll find not many days left to submit applications. Qualified pupils are urged to apply immediately to secure financial help for their post-school education," Nkabane said.

Nkabane extended well wishes to all matriculants, who sat for the National Senior Certificate Exams, with learners writing languages, English and Afrikaans Paper three.

Nkabane said this pivotal moment marks the culmination of years of hard work and encourages the Class of 2024 to approach their tests with determination and self how to upload documents on nsfas esteem.

With Just around 880 000 candidates, including 727 121 full-time and 155,215 part-time candidates from throughout South Africa sit for this calendar year's matric tests, across South Africa, Basic Education Minister, Siviwe Gwarube, has assured the public of the department's preparedness to administer the tests effortlessly.

Nkabane highlighted an array of prospects readily available inside the Post-School Education and Training (PSET) system, that's open to all matriculants trying to get further more education and learning and skills development.

The PSET system involves:
